Hi, I've been on fluoxetine for 10 months now, and boy did I go through hell at the start to the point where I was gonna go back to citalopram but I didn't I stuck it out and now I'm fine, I do find if you take fluoxetine during a meal or just after it doesn't give you acid, if you do get acid tho take a bog standard rennie tablet they get rid of it pretty quick. If anyone new to these tablets wants to know anything then I'm more willing to try and help. Good luck to you all, I'm glad I stuck them out as now I have the old me back.... X

Wish I could take Prozac again - was on it for 15 fantastic years until it stopped working - gave me my life back - just trying to find a replacement.
The acidity in your stomach does go - I had it really bad when starting it - Omeprazole is good too.
NOW IS A GIFT THAT'S WHY IT'S CALLED THE PRESENT............
