Hello everyone,
I was just wondering if anybody else has had this and what it is :-)
Sometimes if i bend down my heart starts having a fast strong beat until i sit down and breath then after a few mins it pauses, gives a huge thump and starts pumping normal again
Also i have ectopic beats here an there through the day mostly at night and after food (even small portion's). They terrify me i think my hearts going to give up on me i try my best not to get stressed cause i feel this is worse on your heart. strange beats=fear of dying=panic attacks=stress=heart attack

Ectopics are very worrying, but everything I have read suggests that they are harmless if you have had an ecg and been given the ok by your doctors. It's just getting that to sink in that's the problem.
