Ok so I'm currently at gti international car show and I'm camping out no I've developed a bit of a rough chest and it's raining bad hear with tent dripping bad. Allso with a few friends and I'm trying not to show my panic as I don't want them to see mein a panic so need some reassurance guys

And to add to it I've just had like a weird funny not sure how to explain like a weird dizzy panic spell

If you are camping out then you will need lots of extra water as it is common to become dehydrated when sleeping under canvas. Also the fresh air will give you a bit of a high. stay in the moment and accept that this will pass. Enjoy the day. XV

Yes was really good day finally I'm home legs are killing me and back I'm sure I'm abit dehydrated so think I need to top the old tank up
