Sometimes, often the day after a party i get these thoughts. It starts with me remembering something from the party, doesnt really have to be any special just a thing that i remember, then my anxiety mind adds "what if you did this? (scary thought, worst possible) but DON'T remember it?".
The thoughts that my anxiety part of the brain comes up with is very illlogical and the risk that they really did occur is very, very low. But my mind keeps bugging me..... Anyone recognizing these thougts? What to do?
