Lip trembling

Hey!
Is there a medicine to stop lip trembling? That’s my biggest insecurity as it physically shows that I am nervous ah! Is there some sort of lotion or anything that I can put on to stop trembling so ridiculously? Has anyone found anything that works?

We are on the same boat then. Even I suffer from same mainly during public speech, photo sessions, social gatherings, birthday party etc. Even i dnt have any medecine/solution for this. Im 32 and what is your age?
U just have to bear this my dear.

Hello hanna090. I used to get that too in my youth - usually when I was arguing about something . I sympathise with you and hope you can find a solution. Not sure about any possible medications for it though.

i use chewing gum , gives my mouth something to do ! good luck
