Hi Im 20 years old, have been dealing with Dp since i was 12 and of corse panic attacks and in the past 3 years been dealing with anxiety and all the symptoms that come with it.
I came across this site a week ago by googling some symptoms
..i just decided to join today though since i come here often hehe.

I found this site by googling my symptoms too which my doctor advised me not to do lol but I can't help it I get new symptoms everyday and the just keep recurring,to me it just seems like anxiety isn't me I've never been a worrier I've always been so laid back it's hard for me to believe that health anxiety can just hit a person so hard just like that.
