sore lump under skin

hi ive got what appears to be a sore hard mass under my skin and a red like spot on the surface,its on the outer lip on my privates i keep getting these lumps and sometimes i get what looks like a white head and white stuff can be squeezed out of them i shave and i dont know if its anything to do with that or not this one i have now is quite sore and a bit swollen can anyone else relate to this

It does sound like some sort of cyst or boil.

It will be because of the shaving I think

They will go on their own but you may have to squeeze it - as gross as that is lol
