    Good luck, I have been through all this myself a few months back, I know how stressfull they are but unions are amazing and they are there to help you and support you, My union rep was amazing and if I did not have him I would of lost my job.

    Thank you Fadingrainbow, I have recently attended my 2nd formal review and I intend to appeal the harsh outcome of that hearing. More stress

    I'm thinking of you Kitti & sending you lots of love. I know you can do this, you shouldn't have to go through this at all. I know how difficult these hearings are from experience. I have every faith in you and I'm so proud of how far you have come. xxx
