    INSPIRATIONAL

I really love to read the success stories on this site. I just think its so inspirational to read what people have been able to achieve.
To us who suffer from panic and anxiety a very small step to someone who doesnt suffer is a huge one to us.
Well tonight I have my own little success story.
Ive been able to go to the city centre on my own and pick my hubby up from work.
Considering one of my major fears is getting stuck in traffic jams I really feel overjoyed that I could do this. I didnt feel any panic at all. I was apprehensive about doing it. But I kept thinking of the many success stories I read on here and felt so encouraged by them.
Im hoping this is a small step to recovery and getting my independence back.
Thanks everyone on this site. You are truly an inspiration.
    Take care

Well done Lynn - what a super achievement.

Aww and lovely to hear the name Wigan - I havent been to Wigan in a million years but used to shop there a lot at one time.

    Love Piglet xx

"Supposing a tree fell down, Pooh, when we were underneath it?" said Piglet.
"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.
