If you are a member of Facebook, check out the games, Bubble Safari, Bubble witch Candy Crush, etc.
Since I started playing them my concentration has increased and my anxiety is not as bad, because I have something to occupy my mind.
Also, have you tried word search books, they are not mentally challenging, which I know is important when you suffer from anxiety. You can get them at supermarkets and newsagents.

You should have a go at volunteer work, there's lots of different things you can do, it will get you out the house and make you feel more motivated and boost your confidence and self esteem.
