nothing to worry about for myself so now i am worried about my fiance again

I'm not looking for reassurance, the logical part of me knows his moles are fine, I just am fixating on them again. He has had a big one his whole life - about a cm wide and flat. I am staring at it daily looking for abnormalities because I know he does not keep track. Ugh.

    I wish I could be carefree. I'm 23, he's 25, we're getting married next year - I shouldn't be like this. I'm so frustrated with myself.

I know how you feel, I have been fixated with my Daughters mole on her arm. She has had it a long time I have had it checked by a GP he was not concerned at all. it has taken me two weeks to calm down. I hate the way anxiety rears its ugly head. I found a website called Getselfhelp there are some helpful tips in dealing with anxiety and thoughts. Hope this helps sorry I cant put the link on. I am rubbish with computers LOL
