I hope I am not breaking any rules here, if so I apologize.

I have had anxiety problems for years, most notably agoraphobia and I have done so much with my life, after years of suffering, and I feel I could help others with just some basic information.

Things I have done:
-Moved home
-Moved home again and in with my girlfriend
-Had my Son. (see below)
-Endured 9 months of pregnancy. Scans, ultrasounds, labour, etc.
-Travelled further and wider.

I have set up a Facebook group that I hope people will join. Although I have cured myself a lot, I still have my anxieties and I hope I can receive help from others as much as I can provide it.
