Anyone else feel like they have a lump in their throat ?

Hi all,

Has anyone experienced this on cit ? Even taking my tablet this morning felt like it was stuck for about an hour ? Ive been having only fluids today.

Hi I had this when I started cit but I then come to the conclusion that it was my anxiaty causing it.
And also this lump in my thought caused me to start the tabs in the first place.

So don't worry at all it's just part of it and when you relaxe it will go off.

Hi Laura, it may be worth taking your tablet with food, and I mean literally with a mouth full of food - chew it up and just before you swallow, pop the pill in and swallow it all together. I always have problems swallowing tablets (unless they're the nice smooth sugar coated ones), and have always had to take tablets with food. It really works.
