Questions about ibs

Hi everyone!

I was just looking for some advice on some possible IBS related matters. I was recently diagnosed with IBS and am currently having a flare up and have had to use the toilet multiple times over the last 24 hours!
My lower back and stomach feel really strained and also ache! I was just wondering if an aching back and stomach could be related to the ibs?
I'm also nauseated on an off and this terrifies me as I'm emetophobic. I have really bad anxiety and OCD and my mind is going into overdrive thinking i may have something serious. :(

all normal, also pains in hips by belly button and in groin normal too, its like toilet pains even if you feel you dont need to go, dont worry when your bowels are off your whole body feels messed up xx
