ibs and change in routine

does anyone find a change of routine upsats your bowels this week ive been working at 6 in the morning and finishing at 12 and noticed twice this week i hadnt been for a poo ive also started the gym ive been 3 times this week and havent eaten properly so this week i didnt go to toilet tuesday and thursday but today ive got diarhea do you think its just a change in routine i can go a day with out going to the toilet but not 2 days in a week what do you think x

Yes totally. Any change in routine can affect your bowel.

This happens to me every time I change my routine.

yes definitely! If I go away for the weekend or even just wake up later on the weekends I don't go number 2! It's quite odd, but def normal.
