Hi my name is mariam and i am on cymbalta 30 for 10 months now.doews anyone else take cymbalta for anxiety ? I reall dont think that works very well i still feel scaired all the time .

Hi Mariam, there is a dedicated section of this forum for duloxetine/Cymbalta. You'll find lots of experiences of it in there (including my own 'starting duloxetine' thread).

My own experience with it is positive, although I'm surprised you're still on 30mg.. I went up to 60mg after about 3 weeks and I think this is the usual theraputic dose. I'd consider speaking to your doctor about going up to 60.
