depo an bleeding

Hi..ive been on depo injection now on and off for nearly 15 years..only ever had slight spotting..well since last thursday ive been on a period..not unduly heavy but bleeding none the less..please..is this normal..i have lost 4 stone recently through diet and exercise..could this be causing it..thankyou..just would like to know if anybody else had this as i thinking the worst...as per..

this probably isnt much help, but i decided on the depo and had my first lot in march last year, i had a period which didnt seem to stop until june. it wasnt heavy, was like what you have towards the end of a period. but as usuall i worried like hell. but i went to the doc and he said its quite common. but i decided that it wasnt for me and didnt go back for the second one which was supposed to be in may of last year.
when i finished my ''period'' in that june, i didnt come on at all. again this panicked me! but i went back to the docs a couple of times but they said again normal depo can take a year to 18-months to get out of system, i finall came on in may of this year!
