Dont you think its weird how paul mckenna hasnt brought any cd's out for anxiety/stress and phobias etc? I mean, theres all the confidance and weight cd's that all work so well apparently, yet in this high stress polluted,overcrowded, plagued by deadlines and worries, the dude hasnt brought out a cd for the thousands of sufferers. I reckon we should protest! It would sell like crazy and it would be a huge breakthrough in his career! More rich and fame for him, more peace for us!

Hi Becci,
Agree with you, found his book on building confidence which deals with anxiety amongst other things but no mention of a CD.
There's a seller on ebay (called 'whennothingelseworks') who sells Anxiety/Panic Attack CD's quite cheaply but then I can't say whether they're any good or not cos never bought any.
Let's start a petition and send it to Paul!!

I have actually got a copy of his anxiety self help never tried it myself but anyone wants me to email to them do let me know. I downloaded it from the net I haven’t seen this one in the shops so maybe it wasn’t realised over here.
