    hi

    hello

    im currently restarting a recovery!

    i have a lot of daily anxiety, panic disorder with agoraphobia and also monophobia which causes me a lot of problems, have had periods when im not so bad - so im starting again from the bottom. i guess the only way is up!!

    if i could find a positive mental attitude that would be a start...

    one thing i will say, is that although i have relapsed, i have recovered before and know it is possible to live a full and happy life again, im kind of clinging on to that fact!

    I've had this for 18 years. Within those 18 years I have progressed in my career, gotten married, had two children and carried on.

    It is a struggle but you have to try and carry on regardless.
