I'm cured!!! or so they say!!!

I have been seeing an anxiety management therapist for a few months now and last week at our usual session i was discharged!

She said i have learnt all i need to and have the skills i need to control my anxiety and panic.

I was proud! ive worked really hard to feel like me again and its finally starting to work.

I'm still on meds and i have my moments, but i'm nowhere near as bad as i was.

And this was on the NHS!!!!!!!
