Why do these things happen at night :(

Been having some pain in one of my back bottom teeth.
Bit of an ear ache and some tenderness around my jaw.
Also my right cheek has been a little sore near the nose to the touch for the last few days.


Then just now the right side of my tongue felt a bit weird, at the back like a little swelling.
Used some mouthwash and cleaned my tongue which seemed to help.

But then I got a weird pressure in right sinus area and feel like it's going down my throat.

Then the areas around my eyes have gone numb, I don't know if anxiety caused this? OR maybe TMJ and tense jaw muscles or something else :(

I do some times get eye or face numbness but it's only ever on one side so I calm myself by saying oh it's cause my jaw is too tight or the muscles have just tensed up.

I also may have a sinus polyp? Well something showed up on the x-ray :( But it's not official yet.

I have managed not to freak out this bad over my throat, for months!
I've been really really good despite all the symptoms driving me nuts.

I can't tell what's real sometimes. Like what just may just be a harmless sensation verses my throats going to close and all the scary stuff that comes after it.

i def got this mostly left sided got pains under eyes around mouth from ear down jaw into shoulder and face felt numb and twitched was scary thought was heart as left jaw pain could be anxiety one of those strange things.

its scary though i still get tenderness on left jaw xx
