Thight throat
All day ive had a feeling of something caught in throat and it feels tight . It started at top of throat and now it at the base of throat. I feel the need to clear my throat aswell. Ive been thinking about it all day and it really getting to me now. My mouth goes dry aswell. Is this anxiety or what is it. It is very uncomfortable. I can burp and swallow so i presume that a good thing.. Can anyone help plse
