K i was just watching telly and had pop in stomach which was prob wind but i then felt a warm tingly sensation travel up my body and broke out in cold sweat but heart didnt race like it usually would do. Does that sound like panic anyway ? Plse help im really anxious now

don't worry, i know the 'tingly sensation' going up through body feeling i think, its abs fine, just deep breaths n try to think positive... ik it's hard though >__<
I wish i could sleep all day. It's the only "place" with no pain.I wish i had someone who could understand me, and be here whenever i need to break down in their arms.{Taylor momsen} I don't want to fight this world alone.<3

i'm sure its fine, anxiety causes all sorts of digestive problems to crack off, im have a lot of experience in this area!
went to the docs cus i felt a lump in my stomach............Trapped Wind !

Im sure if anything was wrong you'd have much worse symtpoms and be in lots of pain.
