10 mg fluoxetine, is this too low dosage?

Hi, I have been taking 10 mg of fluoxetine for five weeks, and it seems to help gradually. I have been discussing the dose with two doctors who both claim the dose is fine, and I have googled it and it seems that some people are helped by 10 mg. But I can't help wondering if the dose is too low. Does any of you know about this? I am aware that you only get 20 capsules in the UK (am I right?).

I am also on 10mg flux .... it is helping me with O .... but feel nausea and stomach upset .... with 20mg i am like dead man .... no food ... no water ... shivering e.t.c .... with 10 mg ... hungry all the time but with side effects ....

i think 10mg helps for some .... i would prefer going on 10mg ... by the way ... it is also making me more alert and strong ..
