My throat is always sore lately, hurts when swallowing sometimes, feels like there is a lump in my throat, feels like it is affecting my breathing and I seem to be constant swallowing like I am being forced to, and that makes it even more sore.

Do you think you might need antibiotics ?
I would try warm salt water, Manuka honey, antibacterial throat sweets to see if it helps.
