Ocd question - thinking

Do all people with ocd no matter how mild, have re-occuring thoughts, negative/ worrying ones that fill their head etc..?

I know this person has a lack of self confidence and worries a lot too, I will ask them next time we speak as we seem to get on so well. I have never met anyone in person I can talk too like this.

Yes I have negative worried thoughts that fill my head it drives me mad.

I have all manner of re-occuring thoughts/images that fill my head and to try and push them aside can be near impossible sometimes. They can be violent, aggressive, sexual, generally negative, worrying and can be quite disturbing.

thank you for the replys :-) makes me wonder if I have a form of ocd, but I guess this person I talk to sometimes must be hiding some problems too.
