2nd day on propranolol

been feeling light headed which is meant to be normal and they have made me calmer. anyone know is me being calmer is a side effect that will pass or the tablet actually helping just curious......... does the tablet work so fast it being only the 2nd day.......

Propanolol acts straight away, it's not a medication that needs to be taken for a while before it starts to work - so the calmer feeling is probably the medication doing what it is supposed to do.
