Woke up with slow slow pounding heart and breathlessness!!!!!

Woke up past few nights with slow slow pounding heart and struggling to breath. Let me state that in no case it raced fast. After few minutes I just fell back asleep? Can anyone help me please :( scared I have heart problems .

I've had that before, the problem for me was an overdose of medication (I think). Are you on anything?
