    terrible night!help please

    Hi Guys,
What i am about to write may sound weird, but here goes.
Last night i was gripped with terrible nightmares, they were so realistic
that when i awoke i couldnt separate the dream from reality for about an
hour,i already suffer from dp and this really freaked me out.Even now
when i think about them i start to panic.I have never really suffered from
nightmares in the past, but i started taking paxil about 9 weeks ago im now really scared to go to sleep because i dread these dreams, maybe the paxil is a side effect??Are these types of nightmares anxiety related??Has anyone else experienced anything similar??Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Kris
