    Re: 3 words.....

interesting - I would suspect a lot of people especially on here would feel the same...

I was asked this recently and most positive things do not come to the front of mind quickly.

I know I am good at somethings - so that counts, the negative is I can not apply it properly with out getting anxious which in it's self restricts that :-(

pysical appearance changes - it is not everything, the chances are you are all more attractive then you give your self credit for and you think your a mess - look at the rest of the world! lol

I am sure your you have many positive strengths, I bet you are kind, thoughtful and care have knowledge and empathy... perhaps creative. You are strong to keep trying..

mine: versatile, adaptable, a survivor so far :-)

oh no 1, you appear to be friendly to me through reading your posts so you have one right there. You are also showing determination in that you are making an effort to find support on here from others to help you find your 3 words.
You have been courageous and truthful in listing the 3 negative words that you first thought of. That's 4 positives and I've only read two of your posts.
It is so very easy to list negative after negative especially if you have anxiety and have a low self esteem. I do it myself. I can think of and justify more negatives than positives, it just doesn't come easy but I'm sure I must have some positives.

My 3 would be..... reliable, friendly, loyal.
