Kitti,
I have a good feeling that you're going to do really well. Did your doc recommend when to increase to 75mg? Mine said do it when I was ready and I felt ok after 3 days so upped the dose and then had a major wobble. Went back down again for another 4 days and then back up again and it was fine.
I hope your cats are looking after you!

No Pip, I asked to start on the lowest possible dose, and he knows what I am like too!! I am going to see him on Monday, I think he will fall off his chair when he knows I have actually taken them....I think he will leave the decision up to me, he's good like that....also I am still on 12-15mg diaz a day so I guess that helps.
I think I will wait at least a couple of weeks before contemplating any increase, assuming all goes well, then the idea is to slowly reduce the diaz.
I have to say, by far the easiest start I have had on AD's to date.
The cats are looking after me just fine thank you
Take care, Kitti xx

Kitti,
Sounds sensible - just take it slowly. I jumped the gun a bit but I'm always like that - in a rush to get things sorted. I have settled well on 75mg - I think I'm one of the few on here as most are taking 150mg+.
I hope you have a good night's sleep.
Take care

Well done kitti!
So what is the recommended dose? I see a lot of people on different mg's.
I'm on 75mg for anxiety, do you think this will be increased?
Glad ur doing well kitti.
im on 150mg for panic/anxiety disorder, this was the dose my physchatrist wanted me on, i started on 37.5mg a day and gradually worked up to 150mg.

I haven't got out of bed yet Nicola, really don't want to as I'm still feeling bad in the mornings. But I must shower and have breakfast, il report back later. I can't say the SE are going yet. And it's getting me down which doesn't help.
mornings are the absolute worst, i used to retch every morning with my anxiety but it gets easier and your doing really well xx
