I slept really well last night, over 8 hours....that's a first for me!! I think the shakes are going a bit now and the euphoria is on it's way.....need to do something to burn off the excess adrenalin, but a bit mind fuzzed....all good though.

Try going for a walk kitti, my appetite has gone since starting Ven, im managing a small evening meal and thats all at the moment really, it doesnt help you feel anybetter thats for sure! i seem to always feel abit better in the evenings? cant really work out why though? mornings are far the worst!

Well, I have decided I am going to collect my son from work at 3, it's just a short 10 minute drive....I really need to challenge myself just to make sure I can still do these things or I'll be scared forever. Not good with the walking on my own because of the agoraphobia, feel safer in the car but can only go around my small comfort zone.

I think I am worse first thing too, better in the evenings, but I have always been like that anyway.

Oh, and I had to force myself to eat just to take the damn tablet this morning!!

How's the headaches, any better?

I seem to remember that the first 2 weeks were the worst for me. After that things picked up very quickly.
I ended up on 75mg per day, i never tried to up that dose as i was very stable on that one.

Just stick with it, you will be fine
