Hormonal or anx coming back to haunt me?

I have not posted a thread on here about myself for a long time but after having about 6 months anx free I have had a couple of periods of bad anx and panic, now being one of them.

I have worked out that there is roughly 4 weeks between the anx and it lasted about a week last time.

I am taking cerazette which has totally stopped my periods (been told it happens in some people) so I have really lost track of where in my cycle I should be and when my periods should be.

So I guess I am looking for anyone similar, and for a bit of advice really

I am considering stopping the cerrazette to see if it does make a difference, as when the anx comes it stops me in my tracks.

I will book a drs app too to ask him as I have a meds review soon anyway

Maybe keep record of when/where/whats going on/everything every time you get an anxious period? I know that doesn't give an immediate answer, but maybe can help you figure out what is triggering the anxiety.
