Is this ibs/anxiety

I have been really suffering with nausea over the last few weeks now so went back on sertraline as thought it was anxiety again. My stomach is now acheing on and off throughout the day, I still feel sick sometimes and have lower back pain. Could this still be anxiety and also maybe my ibs?

I could be. I have IBS and at its worst I have nausea and back pain if constipated. I hope you feel better.

I have severe nausea every morning and I think it is anxiety. I've just started on sert and am hoping that it goes. I also have back pain and general aches and pains with anxiety due to the fact I am holding myself really tense.
