Do the nightmares/vivid dreams go away ?

Ive been on esc for a month now and the nightmares/vivid dreams are getting me down now. Has anyone else found this and/or have they gone away ? xxx

They went away for me. I kind of enjoyed the wild ride of dreamland.

You had asked earlier what dose I'm on and for how long... 10mg for just over a year. I feel great. I've faced some very stressful times recently with my husband and have been managing fairly well. I don't think that would have been the case last year.

Aww thank you so much for your reply Jmac. Am building up to 7.5mg and need to get to 10mg. How lomg would you say it took for the dreams to stop. Still gettng very tired and heavy limbs but my anxiety is a lot better x

Sorry Laura, I've been away for a few days.

I'd say the crazy dreams slowed down a couple of months into it. Good to hear the anxiety is subsiding. I know what you mean about getting tired and heavy limbs. It does pass. Took a little over a month for me and when I started to really feel better I felt better than I had in years. In fact, that made me a little anxious at first but soon calmed down and enjoyed the ride. I still marvel at how well I'm doing a year later. Cipralex has been a great find for me.
