Well personally, i use/have used, self-harm, alcohol (not regularly though), starving myself, and simply running away from the situation your in to a nicer but, temporary situation elsewhere.

a new one im trying out, is, telling yourself "it never happened", basically if someone ****s you over or w.e really, as soon as you get emotional or even think about it, repeat words "it never ****ing happened

Its worked once, i will add this to my list if it works for.. mhm, 3 days straight...

and does this work for anybody else?
