My gp has put me on alepam for the short term as I was having panic attacks daily. It's working great so far but apparently it's addictive and I'm worried about what my long term options are. I am having counselling, exercising daily, trying relaxation and mindfulness but I don't feel I can manage my anxiety/panic solo after my four weeks on alepam are up. Anyone else have experience with this med? Or have any advice?
