Hi I've just come across this website and am really happy that I did. I feel a relief in knowing there are people going through the same thing. I've had anxiety for about 6 years and have been hoping it would just go away by itself. I avoid everything that makes me anxious and I need to do something about it. Time to get my life back. Support welcome.

I've just joined here too, I know how you feel, living with anxiety is really hard and you can feel alone in your fight against it.
