Massive Weight Gain

OHH MY GOD, My weight is going up week by week I have put on just over 2.5 stone in 8 months and growing since starting pregabalin mainly around my stomach. I had a weight problam before but never this bad 17stone 3lbs.

Pregabalin is doing me good BUT not my health weight wise, If i was to stop pregabalin would my weight fall off. But my mental state may worsen again.

What to ???

I am also taking Pregabalin. I have put loads of weight on, perhaps a couple of stone, not quite sure how much as I do not have any bathroom scales. I am trying to ignore it the best I can. Like you I feel that the medication is a great benefit to my mental health.

It didnt help with my weight gain either...I take 50mg in the morning and 50mg at night I also take 7.5mg or mirtazipine and this was also a nightmare with my weight. I would rather be mentally well then feel as I did before the meds so I carry on...it is difficult to lose but can be done.
