Can this all be caused by IBS?!

Well I have the following symptoms and im really sorry for this information:
pain in my bum
constant constipation
dark coloured stools and then sometimes really light
constant stomach pain on one side
pelvic pain
pain on the pubic bone
Also another one is pain inside my vagina...I worried about this one alot last week and the week before I went to the doctors numerous times I did two watersamples both came back negative...I even went the hospital..they checked down below and they said nothing was their or anything...it went off for about 4 or 5 days and now it's back again and im starting to get worried about it again...
Can you please help in any way?
