Clogged ear

Ugh... I clogged my ear when I was trying to clear it :( Now I'm freaking out that it could be something really bad, cause it doesn't want to unclog. Today I have kind of stomach pain... I don't know if it's because of anxiety (the ear) or something else. I've had cold for a few days and my nose is stuffed sometimes, I also have a cough and maybe because of them this stomach pain. It's not severe, but it is. And the whole situation makes me more anxious I have reflux, maybe this is it...

I've had clogged ears since my anxiety kicked in, some days it is better than others. Hoping is disappears when the anxiety is more managed with meds and therapy.

Put some olive oil in your ear and that will soften the blockage

I've had exactly the same thing since my anxiety started, only in my right ear, The doc said it wasn't a blockage, it only happened in certain places ( work, leaving the gym, and going on the top deck of double decker buses along a specific stretch of road ) weird huh?
