    Everyday something new

Everyday I find something new to worry about and it's generally based on something real.

Recently I had a coldsore, then a bump on my head after being headbutted by my 2 year old, then a "bit" of thrush, now a little sore spot on my tounge (probably cos of hot pizza yesterday) and it all worries me stiff.

Anyone else seem to find something new everyday or every few days thats the end of the world?

Every health anxiety sufferer goes through this, more or less.
Though "real" most symptoms and bodily sensations are nothing to worry about. We tend to assume that being healthy implies being symptoms free, which is wrong ))

Ha, very true. Our body gives off signals all the time - and usually the cause is nothing to worry about.
I tend to obsess over the same symptom on the other hand... then I relax. Then I worry again. When I'm not stressed it's easier to rationalize, of course.
