Hi, I'm new to this forum but looking for someone to talk to via email from day to day. I have GAD and health anxiety and sometimes am able to cope quite well but other times I find it very difficult.
I'm looking for someone who is in a similar situation but positive that they can overcome it, I don't want to winge to someone about how awful everything is. I want us to try to overcome this together.
I have a boyfriend who is very supportive but I find it very difficult to tell people how I'm feeling as they just are not able to understand. I'd like to have someone to talk to who knows how I feel and can reassure me and me them when things get tough.
