Finally having to admit defeat

I'm finally having to admit defeat and stop trying to keep going. I've kept going for 8 years, kept upping the tablets and I can't do it anymore. I'm being taken home by my mum and I am seeing a psychiatrist on 1st October. I need to get well but this is the hardest thing I have ever been through.
