tongue issue - really anxious.

Hi i have got some little white spots on my tongue and im really freaking out. The back of tongue feels quite sore. Could it be cancer? Has anyone had this before?

had this before ? yep, many times and i'm still around

now relax and stop sticking your tongue out cause it'll make it feel sore

It sounds like oral thrush. Do you use an inhaler?
I suggest you go and show your doc. or pop in to the chemist and have a chat with the pharmacist. If it is thrush then it's easily treated with Daktarin oral gel.
