why does depression hv to be so lonely

i belive even winston churchill suffered with depression,i hate the lonely feeling, i dont no were its came from the past two days but its like a form off hell, i hope this goes soon i thought i had escaped this feeling, be good to chat to u all i hope those reading this are hving a positive day fight the good fight

I know exactly how you are feeling, I regularly have days like that where even getting up in the morning seems pointless as I do spend a lot of time alone. I have to say though today has been a good (ish) day. I have been out and treated myself to a new handbag. I do hope you have a run of good days soon, I'm sure you will.

I relate totally. Ive suffered from depression, anxiety etc for years and have gradually lost everyone close to me. I wish i had discovered this site earlier just chatting to others with similar issues makes such a difference for me. We are all alone, together! Funny how i feel closer to people on the other side of the world than here?! Hope you also feel less lonely being here, cause we understand the struggle.
