Stopped Medication

For the last year or so i been taking Setraline 100mg, up in till this March, i stopped taking it, silly i know. I have been doing do really well since then, till about a week ago my anxiety and depression have got really bad. So yesterday took a Setraline tablet, i wish i never. My head is all over the place, didnt sleep last night, and feel out of it pretty much.
How long will i feel like this? Its making my anxiety go crazy feeling like this.

What shall i do?

Don't take some more till you see a doc for your worsening anxiety and depression. You just can't go on and off SSRIs like that, it's not diazepam.
