    propranolol

I would just like to ask if anyone would tell me how they are getting
    on with taking propranolol.
I have been prescribed them from GP. 10mg and I can take one tablet up to three times a day.
I have problems at home and am really anxious at the moment

I am taking 1 10mg tablet 4 times a day, but I am going to see if the doctor will put me on slow release ones tomorrow as I am having problems with the ups and downs with it getting working and wearing off.

Apart from that it does stop my trembles, both the inside and outside ones, and Im finding it ok to drive still. I get a little tired in the afternoons, but not the drowsy fall asleep tired. Its suiting me quite well I just need to sort out the doesage issues

I had these some years ago, just watch out for your bp dropping and feinting on them. I did, in the middle of an undergrad practical at uni lol

But they did. Ring my heart rate down

I have a blood pressure monitor , will use it more often just in case.
Is'nt anxiety an awfull thing? and panic?.
My husband takes 40mg a day for tremours, but he still cannot carry a cup ot tea
without it going all over the place

I started with several a day but found it left gaps particularly overnight.

So was put on single daily dose of slow release.

Did you start it as a none slow release first?

As to how long. Well I have been on it for 7 years as a life saver. The slow release version for all of that except the first year.
