hi all hope ur all ok. ive got a few probs when i eat after a few mouthfuls i feel full and sick then 20 mins or sooner i am hungry again and after each meal i am going the loo could this be ibs or sumthing more

I have ibs and when my anxiety is worse the same happens to me. I can only eat really small amounts and then I have to run to the loo. I said to my husband "I don't know why I bother eating because it just goes straight through me!" I know some of the goodness will be retained though. I try to eat little and often. Toast, bananas and rice are quite good as they don't go through so quick!
