Flashing in eyes

Does anyone else get white flashy bits in there eyes, i have only noticed it since having p & a attacks?

I got that when i first started having panic attacks but after months of worrying I realised I had a very low grade twitch in my eyes and as they twitched they let in just a quick flash of light.
